Summary:
The Guest Satisfaction Associate greets and assists guests, manages check-ins/outs, reservations, gift shop, and ticket sales, and ensures a positive guest experience throughout their stay. This role goes beyond typical front desk duties, providing multi-department support and handling guest issues promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, register, and assist guests; handle check-ins/outs
- Manage reservations for rooms, RV sites, golf, and dining
- Process payments, ticket sales, and gift shop transactions
- Provide local and property information; resolve guest concerns
- Log and manage lost & found items
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, IT, and security
- Support new hire training and assist other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service and cash-handling experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS/PMS systems)
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must obtain a Class IV gaming permit and have a valid driver’s license
