What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Leader/Foreman position at Swinney Brothers Excavating?
We are looking for someone who can operate heavy equipment from a loader, backhoe, dozer, to an excavator. This individual will need to know the how to manage a crew of three to four while installing sanitary sewer, storm sewer and or water lines.
They will need to know how to read plans, shoot grade for manholes, storm structures, and laying pipe and calculate percentage of fall for the installation process.
They will need to understand the process of installing utilities and understand the standards for each job (which all can be found in set of plans).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
