Job Summary
Swingle Countertops is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Cabinet & Countertop Installer to join our team in Zanesville. You'll install cabinets, laminate and solid surface countertops, and related fixtures across residential and commercial projects — turning blueprints into finished spaces our customers are proud of. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precise, clean craftsmanship and wants steady, full-time work with a team that values quality over shortcuts.
Responsibilities
Read and follow plans and measurements to install cabinets and countertops accurately. Measure, cut, and fit materials on-site using hand and power tools (drills, saws, levels, etc.). Load, transport, and handle materials safely. Coordinate with other trades and team members to keep installs on schedule. Inspect finished work for proper alignment, secure fastening, and a clean, professional finish. Keep job sites organized and follow safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
Prior experience in cabinet, countertop, or general carpentry installation preferred — but we're willing to train the right person. Comfortable reading basic plans/measurements and using standard hand and power tools. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites. Ability to lift 75 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day. Strong communication skills and a safety-conscious mindset. Experience with related trades (tile, drywall, flooring, fixtures) is a plus.
