The Role

The Reception team is responsible for greeting guests, selling golf, coordinating golf tee off timings for all guests, providing guidelines and instructions to the guests to ensure each guest is equipped with the information they need to enjoy Swingers to its full potential. Reception enables the delivery of the Swingers guest experience through great communication and coordinating effectively with management and adhering to the Swingers ethos, policies, and procedures.

Our Perfect Candidate Has

• Minimum 6 months experience in a busy environment in the hospitality industry
• Hotel Front Desk and/or Maitre D' experience is a plus!
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
