The role: The Barback is responsible for supporting the bar department and bar team as needed both in advance of and throughout the shift. This role involves interacting with guests, stocking, organizing, maintaining overall cleanliness and ensuring the efficiency of the bar and surrounding areas

Our Perfect Candidate Has
- Minimum 6 months’ experience as barback or busser in a busy environment
- TIPS alcohol certification
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
- The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
- The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
