The role:  

The Guest Experience Captain is expected to provide the highest standard of service. By consistently demonstrating their experience and advanced job abilities through their actions, Guest Experience Captains provide a high level of support to the efficiency of all front of house teams. They proactively support their colleagues and guests. They have thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu with allergen awareness. In addition, they are expected to be able to fulfill the duties of any other non-management tipped role in the floor, course or reception department.  

Our perfect candidate has:  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry 
• Hotel reception/front desk experience 
• TIPS alcohol certification  
• Food handling certification  
• Strong communication skills  
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company  
• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard  
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
