Job Description
We are looking for professionals committed to their growth and interested in long-term work in the industry as Concrete construction supervisor in highly modernized facilities.
Note: This position is as an SUPERVISORY role.
Lead all on-site field operations
Coordinate the delivery and proper use of materials, equipment, and resources on site.
Uphold and enforce safety protocols, quality control, and project scheduling
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
Experience with concrete construction processes, tools, and equipment.
Usual work hours: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Average of 90 to 100 hours per biweekly pay period
One day off per week
Work locations: Minnesota among others
Extreme weather conditions depending on the season (cold in winter and hot in summer)

To be eligible for this position, a TN work visa for the United States is required. Therefore, it is essential to meet the following requirements:
Be of Mexican nationality
Hold a university degree and professional license in Science, Civil Engineer, Architecture, or a related field
Possess a Mexican passport valid for at least 1 year
Have a valid Mexican driver’s license
