Year-Round Swim Instructor — Part-Time
SwimRight Academy Miami is looking for energetic, dependable, and responsible individuals to join our team as Year-Round Swim Instructors!
Founded by four-time Olympic Gold Medalist Lenny Krayzelburg, SwimRight Academy teaches children of all ages essential swimming and water-safety skills.
No previous teaching experience is required—we provide comprehensive training in the SwimRight Method. We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with children, bring positive energy, are willing to learn, and can be counted on by their students and teammates.
What You'll Do
- Teach swimming and water-safety skills to students of different ages and abilities
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Follow the SwimRight Method and lesson structure
- Track student attendance, skills, and progress
- Communicate professionally with parents and team members
Who We're Looking For
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Energetic and comfortable working with children
- Open to feedback and willing to learn
- Able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
- Available at least one weekend day
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
Schedule
Weekdays: approximately 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
Weekends: approximately 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
We work with you to establish a consistent weekly schedule based on your availability and our needs. Once established, instructors are expected to maintain their regular schedule.
Pay: Negotiated after training, based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for performance-based raises, bonuses, advanced instructor levels, specialist positions, and leadership responsibilities.
You don't need to be an experienced swim instructor—we can teach you our Method. We're looking for people who show up, want to learn, take feedback seriously, and can be counted on.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
