Our students come to us because traditional swim lessons haven't worked for them. Through individualized instruction, creativity, and encouragement, you'll help swimmers discover success at their own pace.

Your Role
As an Adapted Swim Instructor, you will:
- Teach 1:1, 30-minute swim lessons
- Build trusting relationships with students and families
- Adapt teaching techniques to meet individual needs
- Promote water safety and swimming confidence
- Create a positive and welcoming learning environment
- Work independently while receiving ongoing support from our team

Experience That Helps
While not required, we value experience in:
- Special education
- Working with individuals with disabilities
- Swim instruction
- Aquatics programs
- Coaching or teaching
- Recreation therapy
Training is provided for all instructors before they begin teaching.
Certifications
Preferred:
- American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI)
Required:
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
