Do you spend countless hours skimming your pool and battling algae?
- Consistently maintain a Service Route of approximately 40-60 pools per week
- Clean, brush, inspect and sanitize residential pools and ensure appropriate levels of chemicals and cleaning agents are in place
- Inspect proper operation of pool components and clean where applicable
- Physically inspect the interior of the pool along with valves and drains to ensure they are free of debris and properly functioning
- Contact Service Manager immediately if persistent or unusual adverse conditions are identified and apply applicable steps to correct the issue
- Interact with customers providing exceptional service, recommendations, and general guidance
- Maintain high standards in customer service and professional and ethical conduct
- Comply with all safety procedures, including safe working and driving habits
- Ability to work full- or part-time – no weekends

- Prior customer service experience would be a benefit
- Previous experience in pool & spa maintenance or other related fields and/or knowledge of pool equipment, plumbing, electrical and water chemistry is a plus
- Ability to handle physical workload and the Florida summer sun and heat
- Deadline and detail-oriented; ability to recognize and solve problems
- Good communicator; has a positive, professional demeanor with great customer service skills
- Fast learner and able to understand and execute directions to complete the job
- Dependable and honest
- Able to maintain written records and apply basic mathematical equations for chemicals
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and manual dexterity to operate pool maintenance tools
- Self-starter who can work alone without the need for constant management
- Valid Driver’s License and must not have driving violations that would prevent you from being added to our insurance policy
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older due to vehicle insurance requirements
- Absolutely, positively no drug use!
