What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aquatics Field Supervisor position at SWIM CLUB MANAGEMENT GROUP?
Swim Club Management Group of Richmond, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Seasonal Summer Supervisor in the Richmond, VA. This role will start seasonally based with the opportunity for full-time employment after the Summer Season.
$1,000 Signing Bonus upon hire for candidates that meet ALL qualifications.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Serve as point of contact for a dedicated zone of aquatic facilities.
- Serve as the point of contact for all Aquatic/Swimming Pool Managers in your Zone.
- Assist the Aquatic/Swimming Pool Managers to ensure smooth operation of the facilities during the summer season.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of Clients and their members at assigned facilities.
- Supervise, direct, and evaluate the work effort and performance of seasonal lifeguards.
- Ensure all Client and Company policies are being enforced by the seasonal staff.
- Ensure all Local, State, and Federal Regulations are being followed and serve as the point of contact for Local Health Department officials at your assigned client locations.
- Ensure that your assigned facilities are being maintained consistent with Company standards and Industry Best Practices throughout the year.
- Must be willing to work (5) days per week and on weekends as needed for 9-10 hours per day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 Year of Aquatics Experience (Lifeguard, Pool Manager, Pool Technician)
- Ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced atmosphere.
