Swig and Stone | Seasonal / Part-Time Pizza Maker
Swig and Stone is a wood-fired pizza truck catering beautiful outdoor weddings and private events. We serve Neapolitan-style pizza, salads, simple apps, and beer & wine from taps built into our vintage truck. Most events are weddings, and the vibe is fun, fast-paced, and guest-focused. We’re looking for an experienced food service pro to help with larger events and grow into a key team member who can eventually run small to mid-sized events as part of a two-person team. In other words, this position advancement potential during the 2026 season.

What You’ll Do
- Stretch dough and build Neapolitan-style pizzas
- Work a wood-fired oven during live events
- Help prep and serve salads and appetizers
- Assist with beer & wine service
- Set up and break down buffet tables in front of the truck
- Keep things clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Interact professionally with wedding guests
What We’re Looking For
- Experience stretching dough and building pizzas (Preference to candidates that have experience)
- Experience working with a wood-fired oven (will train)
- Catering, food truck, or restaurant experience
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume event settings
- Reliable, team-oriented, and good with people
- Able to stand for up to 8 hrs; be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must have or be able to obtain an OR Food Handlers Card.
- Reliable transportation and a phone are a must.
- MUST be available weekends June - October. This is a high-paying hourly job that requires great availability.
- The Details
- First training event is March 11th; Rendezvan @Mt Bachelor April 16-19th.
- Mostly weekends, occasional weekdays. You will know your schedule for the summer as events are booked well in advance.
