We are hiring reliable and responsible Independent Delivery Drivers in the Chattanooga, TN area to deliver small packages to residential and business addresses.

Drivers use their own vehicle to pick up packages from our warehouse and complete an assigned delivery route.

PAY & PACKAGE VOLUME

• $1.50–$1.70 per successfully delivered package, depending on the delivery area.
• Approximately 100–200 packages per day may be available, depending on route availability, package volume, and individual ability.
• Drivers who are efficient and able to complete more deliveries may have the opportunity to handle more packages.
• Multiple packages to the same address: the first package is paid at the applicable $1.50–$1.70 rate; each additional package at the same address is $0.50 each.

Example:

• 100 packages × $1.50 = $150/day
• 150 packages × $1.60 = $240/day
• 200 packages × $1.70 = $340/day

Examples are for illustration only. Actual compensation depends on delivery area, package volume, successful deliveries, and the number of multiple-package stops.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Arrive at the warehouse on time for your assigned route.
• Pick up and organize your packages.
• Verify the package quantity and tracking numbers before leaving the warehouse.
• Load packages into your personal vehicle.
• Follow the assigned route using the delivery app and GPS.
• Deliver packages to the correct addresses.
• Scan packages and complete all required steps in the delivery app.
• Take required delivery photos according to company instructions.
• Complete all assigned deliveries.
• Report incorrect addresses, access problems, or unsuccessful deliveries through the app.
• Return all undelivered packages to the warehouse the following day.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle suitable for small package delivery.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Smartphone with reliable internet/data service.
• Ability to use a delivery app and GPS/navigation.
• Ability to lift and carry small packages.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

DRIVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VEHICLE EXPENSES

Drivers use their own vehicle and are responsible for all expenses related to delivery work, including:

• Gas / fuel
• Vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Auto insurance
• Tolls and parking, if applicable
• Mobile phone and data
• Other personal vehicle and delivery-related expenses
