Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities.
Seeking someone that is available after 10pm on weekdays and weekends
Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting
- Maintain and clean floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks as needed
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks
- Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals
Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work
- Knowledge of floor care including buffing and waxing
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices
- Attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
