Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain test specifications, test cases and/or sets of regression tests for new software releases of applications in an accurate and timely manner. Propose and create procedures that help to find errors existing in the product and execute test cases/regression tests to ensure minimal discrepancy between specified and implemented functions. Actively contribute to the implementation of test automation tools. Review requirements/design documents to ensure testability and become acquainted with products. Design test plans of varying complexity levels. Write and execute test cases of and analyze and log test results. Maintain, support and troubleshoot issues with testing infrastructure. Write and maintain test scripts using scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash and shell. Support CI/CD-integrated test execution and help troubleshoot automation failures. May coordinate testing of software components for small projects. Actively contribute to testing process improvement efforts. Professional Knowledge and Expertise Technical Skills & Knowledge: Good experience with Windows and Unix for day-to-day operations is mandatory, including UNIX shell scripting. Practical experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework or Cucumber is a plus. Ability to read, understand and modify automated test scripts and frameworks. Experience with CI/CD tools and automated test execution is an asset. Bash, shell and Python scripting knowledge is a plus. Experience with SQL queries and relational databases is an asset. Experience with Quality Center/ALM is an asset. Having testing methodology certifications (e.g. ISEB, ISTQB) is an asset. Knowledge of Swift products or the financial sanctions domain will be a bonus. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with a mastery of spoken and written English are mandatory. Adaptability and responsiveness to change. Ability to work with a team in an Agile environment. Good problem-solving skills and a strong adherence to quality and operational excellence. Eagerness to learn and understand business needs and commitments.
