The Tracker team is responsible for developing and maintaining secure top-quality applications in the space of Payments preparation and tracking. In line with team objectives, policies and procedures and under guidance of a senior team member, you will undertake testing activities of the application suite ensuring highest product quality, security and reliability.

Job Summary
The Tracker team is responsible for developing and maintaining secure top-quality applications in the space of Payments preparation and tracking. In line with team objectives, policies and procedures and under guidance of a senior team member, you will undertake testing activities of the application suite ensuring highest product quality, security and reliability.
About The Role
What to Expect:
In this role you will:
- Design, develop, and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Execute various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
- Develop a wide variety of automated tests scenarios and integrate those into a continuous delivery workflow using technologies like Python, Shell & RHEL
- Effectively use AI assistants during test design, automation, and testing activities
- Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system, working closely with development teams for resolution
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage
- Automate test cases using appropriate testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), providing input on testability and quality considerations
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities and provide technical assistance as needed
We are seeking professionals with:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer or QA Engineer, preferably in a financial services or high-transaction environment
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework)
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
- Experience with RHEL(Linux) technology required
- Familiarity with SQL and no sql for database testing and data validation
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus
- Understanding of financial messaging standards (e.g., SWIFT MT/MX) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
