Education University degree in Computer Science, electronic engineering or equivalent. Post-graduate in Marketing / MBA or equivalent is an asset Experience Typically requires 6 to 10 years experience, preferably in similar roles and/or industries Domains Internal Systems (based on SAP Technology) / Commercial Solutions Key Responsibilities 01 . Lead and plan the definition, analysis, validation and maintenance of functional requirements for large size/complexity/system risk projects by working in close liaison with customers and other divisions and in line with evolving business requirements 02 . Validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions. 03 . Provide highly technical or relevant business knowledge during all phases of the development and resolve unique and complex business problems, recognising technical constraints. 04 . Produce and maintain conceptual models ( data and functional) in accordance with the adopted methodology. 05 . Conduct presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Approve and conduct training session on system solutions. 06 . Understand technological trends in own area of responsibility and apply this knowledge to bring solutions to the customers. 07 . Lead and plan the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology, specifically within the areas SAP BW/BPC. 08 . Interface with application software development and other users as appropriate to explain solutions. 09 . May in line with established procedures, organize, co-ordinate and control the recurring output of one or several teams of specialists in the area. May be consulted on people- and department management issues. Assist less senior team members in resolving problems. 10 . May support business users on deployed/live systems. Competency Profile 01.
