What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Technician position at Swift Restoration?
Job Overview
Swift Restoration is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our growing team as a Lead Restoration Technician.
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines crew management, customer service, and detailed project documentation. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and has the ability to lead a team while actively participating in the physical labor required to complete restoration projects.

The Lead Technician reports directly to our Project Manager, who oversees project estimating and overall project management. Initially, the Lead Technician will work alongside and shadow our Project Manager to learn our procedures, equipment, documentation requirements, and expectations. Once the Project Manager is confident in their abilities, the Lead Technician will take responsibility for independently leading the field operations of restoration projects from start to finish.
