The Night Shift Lead Millwright is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all machinery during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing production uptime. This includes leading a team, troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:Supervise and guide a team of millwrights, providing direction and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with mill machinery, including conveyors, hydraulic systems, and other equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance:Plan and execute preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Safety:Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Communication:Effectively communicate with other departments, including production and engineering, to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
