We’re hiring an In-Office Sales Representative at Swift Guard Security in Woodland Hills.
We’re a rapidly growing security company providing guard services, patrol, firewatch, and surveillance solutions across California. Demand is high, and we’re looking for someone who can help us consistently bring in new business.
This is not a passive role. You will be expected to actively prospect, make outbound calls, follow up, and get in front of decision makers.
You’ll be reaching out to property managers, construction companies, retail centers, HOAs, and warehouse operators — industries that consistently need security and are actively spending on it.
What the role looks like day-to-day:
Making outbound calls and sending emails to new prospects
Following up consistently until you get a response
Setting meetings and helping move deals forward
Working directly with ownership to close contracts
Building a real pipeline of opportunities
This is a structured, in-office role where you’ll be supported, trained, and expected to perform.
Compensation:
Base salary commission
Realistic first-year earnings: $70,000 to $150,000
Most contracts range from $5K to $100K per month, so even a few deals can significantly increase your income.
