Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a positive attitude, assist them with product inquiries, and provide information on promotions and sales. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Sales Transactions: Operate the cash register, process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and issue receipts. Ensure that all transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of the shift.
- Stock Management: Assist with the stocking of shelves, display of merchandise, and maintenance of inventory levels. Monitor stock for quality and expiration dates, and reorder items as necessary.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, including the sales floor, checkout area, and stockroom. Ensure that merchandise is neatly displayed and that the store meets health and safety standards.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and availability. Provide recommendations and guidance to customers based on their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:
