Role Description: The Field Assessor is a part-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA, responsible for visiting client locations to evaluate repair needs and document conditions. In this role, the Field Assessor conducts detailed inspections of properties, identifies issues, and records findings through notes, photos, and standardized forms.
The most important part of this role is the ability to estimate time and materials for these projects. These are typically 1-3-day repair projects. We need help with the volume of estimates needed.
This is a part-time position. We reimburse mileage.
