The Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for every customer. You'll assist with daily store operations, engage with customers, promote products, and help drive sales while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
We are offering both full and part-time at the moment. Please keep in mind, this is an on-site position — ideal for someone who enjoys working face-to-face with customers and being part of a supportive, hands-on team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist shoppers in finding products, answering questions, and completing purchases.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to promote and upsell items.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Support merchandising, stock management, and store presentation standards.
- Help achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and management to ensure smooth store operations.
- Uphold company policies and ensure a safe, positive environment for customers and staff.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred (training provided).
- Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Based within commuting distance of Parma, Ohio (on-site attendance required).
