What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campaign Assistant position at Swift Events?
We're expanding into Cleveland and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. As a Campaign Assistant at Swift Events, you won't be fetching coffee or sitting in on calls you have nothing to do with. You'll be in the middle of live campaigns, learning how we work, and building real skills from the ground up.
Full training is provided. No prior experience needed. What we need from you is the work ethic and the willingness to learn fast.

THE ROLE
You'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns for our clients — working alongside an experienced team and getting hands-on exposure to how campaigns are planned, run, and reported on. As you settle in, you'll take on more responsibility and start to see how all the moving parts connect.
↳ Assisting in the coordination and execution of client campaigns
↳ Getting involved in the field — engaging with consumers and representing brands with confidence
↳ Supporting day-to-day campaign logistics and team operations
↳ Tracking campaign activity and feeding results back to the team
↳ Learning the full scope of how a marketing campaign comes together
↳ Growing into the role and taking on more as your confidence builds
