Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Parts and Warranty Coordinator to join our Precision Solutions Team. We are interested in enthusiastic, self-driven individuals. The Parts and Warranty Coordinator is an essential part of our team as they are responsible for finding knowledgeable solutions to both internal and external customers’ needs as well as submitting warranty claims. This position works closely with all service and parts department team members, as well as maintaining positive professional relationships with manufacturer reps.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver prompt, knowledgeable customer service in-person and over the phone
- Sell, order, receive, ship, store, and invoice parts for both internal and external customers.
- Maintain organized inventory with accurate tracking, regular physical counts, and stock control.
- Use computerized inventory systems, parts libraries, and diagrams for efficient parts control.
- Complete warranty paperwork and submitted materials on-time and in accordance with manufacturer protocols for warranty claims
- Collaborate with service technicians and parts specialists to complete and submit warranty claims
- Develop a successful relationship with manufacturer service reps
What It Takes:
- Highly detail-oriented and able to maintain focus despite frequent interruptions
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Must be proficient with computers as this role requires a significant amount of writing and computer work
- Willingness to work extended hours when needed
*Prior experience working in a parts department and/or in the ag equipment field is highly desired. Agriculture experience or background is preferred.
