We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our Land Rover sales team. Automotive sales or internet sales experience is a plus, but we also welcome strong performers from hospitality, bartending, waiting tables, or military backgrounds who have proven success in sales and customer service. This is more than a sales position; it's an opportunity to be part of a legacy, guiding discerning clients through their journey of acquiring some of the world's most iconic vehicles.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Sales experience required (automotive, retail, or hospitality)
- Internet/BDC, luxury, or customer-facing background preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Driven, motivated, and coachable
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and industry trends.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Other duties as assigned.
