What You’ll Do
- Build lasting relationships by helping guests find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle
- Deliver an exceptional, hospitality-based buying experience every time
- Negotiate all aspects of the sale, including price, financing, and trade-in value, to secure the final purchase agreement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals (12–15 units/month)
- Master digital tools for lead follow-up and CRM compliance (100%)
- Collaborate with your teammates and F&I partners to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success
- Assist with general tasks such as preparing vehicles for sale, adhering to all dealership policies, and participating in marketing or community events as needed
What You Bring
- A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and teamwork
- Strong communication and follow-up skills — both online and in person
- A self-starter mindset with the drive to learn and grow
- Sales or hospitality experience preferred (automotive experience not required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
