- Guide guests through the full sales process with clarity: options, pricing, financing, and timelines
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives that highlight what makes BMW exceptional
- Track every interaction in the CRM and follow up consistently to build lasting relationships
- Negotiate with integrity -- find the right deal for the guest and the dealership
- Support dealership goals through professional presentation and adherence to our standards
- Partner closely with Finance to ensure a seamless delivery experience
Must have:
- A hospitality mindset -- kindness, optimism, empathy, integrity, and follow-through
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfort with digital tools and consistent CRM discipline
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 1 year of sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
- Passion for the BMW brand and luxury automotive
- Proven track record of 12-15 units per month or comparable performance metrics
- Pay: $50,000 - $150,000 annually based on performance -- top producers exceed the ceiling
