Swiatowicz Dental Associates is looking for a full-time Front Office Team Member to join our energetic and growing practice! We’re a fast-paced, multi-doctor general dentistry office that values teamwork, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement. We provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages—from toddlers to seniors—including fillings, crowns, dentures, extractions, and root canals. One of the most meaningful parts of our work is our commitment to serving Delaware’s intellectually and developmentally disabled (IDD) community. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference through compassionate, specialized care.

Dr. Swiatowicz also has advanced training in dental sleep medicine. No experience? No worries—we offer full on-the-job training.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental front office experience
• Availability Monday through Friday
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A great sense of humor—we appreciate both the good and the hilariously bad jokes
