Job Description:DHCF is looking for a Health and Human Services Project Manager for its DCAS program.The PM shall serve within the HHS Division with a focus on Strategic Initiatives.The contractor will play a key role across the HHS Division including Strategy, Project Management, and Integration Management.The PM will achieve this by actively owning management of small to mid-sized projects, which may include conducting analyses to solve business problems, and developing strategic business cases, workplans, and/or recommending new operational plans for Business.Additionally, the PM will support the success of the HHS Division by mentoring other team members and developing strong relationships with partners across the district.All duties are to be performed in accordance with the DCAS Program Management Administration policies, practices, and procedures.The PM leads planning and management of small to mid-sized organizational initiatives and activities, including conducting analyses, building business cases, developing project and operational management plans, and driving execution.Supports development of HHS teams to foster collaboration and effectively conveys and expresses ideas in writing and verbally to individuals and groups, including senior leaders.Develops timelines and detailed workplans to create structure for initiative teams to plan and coordinate activities and resources.Develops recommendations based on data from multiple stakeholders, and leverages data to support and inform timely, effective decisions.Develop, produce, and deliver executive presentations, program updates, and set and articulate goals and timelines to executive leadership.
