STATUS: Full Time/Non-Exempt
Pay: Up to $17 an hour / 40 hours a week
SUMMARY: The Supervisor/Coach Trainer is responsible for supervising production work of persons with disabilities in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the SWI complex.
EXPERIENCE: Experience within a manufacturing/production or workshop facility preferred. Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
KNOWLEDGE: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
ABILITIES: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail is required. Must be able to effectively prioritize in order to meet deadlines . Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing, have the ability to interact successfully with individuals with disabilities, and maintain confidentiality .Must have the ability to handle stressful situations. Must be able to type accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
