Duties
- Safely perform demolition activities on residential, commercial, or industrial structures following established safety protocols.
- Use hand tools and power tools such as sledgehammers, jackhammers, saws, and drills to dismantle walls, flooring, roofing, and other building components.
- Assist in the removal and disposal of debris, ensuring the worksite remains clean and organized throughout the project.
- Follow all safety procedures diligently, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to OSHA standards
Skills
- Not required but helpful construction experience with a focus on demolition and site preparation.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to demolition activities and general construction sites.
