SWF Industrial is an established welding and fabricating business in the York, PA area that offers a full range of turnkey services that include installation and start up.
*NOTE: STARTING RATE IS NEGOTIABLE AND DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE*
Hours: 2nd Shift Fabricator
- Hours will be 4:30pm to 5:00am Monday night through Wednesday night: 12 hour shifts. An optional shift would be 4:30pm to 5:00am Tuesday through Thursday night.
- Employees work 36 hours; paid for 40 hours.
- Overtime begins at 36 hours. Possible overtime available up to 48 hours per week.
- $2.50 per hour shift differential is paid
Qualifications / Responsibilities: 2nd Shift Fabricator
- Fit, weld and finish various weldments.
- Holding tolerances to down to /-.032"
- Fabricating some prototypes and custom weldments
- Applicants must have experience in tig or mig welding on carbon, stainless and aluminum
- Applicants must be able to read and fabricate from blueprints
- Experience in operating fabrication equipment a plus
- Grinding and blending experience a plus
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
