Sweven is hiring a full-time Content Editor / Social YouTube Editor to help drive content across social, YouTube, commercial support, and paid creative.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern content editing, enjoys working across multiple formats, and wants to grow with a creative production company.
You’ll work across commercial client work, short-form social content, YouTube storytelling, merch campaigns, branded creative, and content supporting new growth initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who can help us build a stronger, more consistent content ecosystem while supporting commercial workflows and collaborating closely with the team.
ResponsibilitiesSocial Content Editing- Edit short-form content across multiple brands and channels
- Create platform-native edits for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and social campaigns
- Produce highlights, BTS, awareness content, vlogs, and supporting social assets
- Help support consistent content output across channels
- Edit long-form YouTube content for Sweven Scenic
- Pull shorts, clips, and supporting content from long-form edits
- Help shape pacing, retention, storytelling, and content structure
- Collaborate on creative ideas, improvements, and opportunities to strengthen content
- Edit short-form paid ads, promos, and creative for merch campaigns and giveaways
- Support batch content creation and repeatable creative systems
- Help create content that supports growth, awareness, and sales initiatives
- Build rough cuts, selects, assemblies, and edit timelines for commercial projects
- Organize footage and prepare edits for review and delivery
- Support post-production workflows across client work
- Help remove editing bottlenecks from commercial production workflows
- Strong DaVinci Resolve editing skills
- Strong instincts for short-form pacing, storytelling, hooks, and retention
- Comfortable editing social, YouTube, branded, and commercial-style content
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Comfortable receiving creative feedback and iterating quickly
- Strong communicator and collaborative team member
- Self-directed and able to work in a remote / hybrid workflow
- After Effects / motion graphics
- Creator, YouTube, or branded content workflows
- Commercial production or agency experience
- Camera / production familiarity
- Interest in storytelling, outdoor/adventure, experiential, branded, or creative content
Hybrid / flexible.
Southern NH or Greater Boston preferred.
This role will operate in a mostly remote editing workflow with:
- regular creative review meetings
- structured feedback / revision cycles
- occasional in-person collaboration
- optional shoot involvement depending on projects and interest

CompensationTarget salary range: $60,000–$70,000 depending on experience, portfolio, and fit.
