We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist in NYC. This is a 12-month contract with strong intent to convert full-time based on performance!
This role sits inside the B2B marketing organization of a Fortune 100 financial services
company consistently ranked among the Best Places to Work in the U.S (to be
disclosed during process). You’ll execute high-visibility marketing campaigns and learn
how enterprise marketing operates at scale.
If you enjoy owning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and getting campaigns across
the finish line, this role is built for you.
What you’ll work on:
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (primarily email paid
media)
- Own project timelines from setup and QA through launch and optimization
- Partner daily with Brand, Legal, Compliance, agencies, and channel teams
- Ensure campaigns are compliant, on-time, and production-ready
- Improve workflows and execution processes across the team
Who this is for:
