The Events Manager serves as the primary bridge between our clients’ event reality and Swell Botanics’ creative vision. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of event projects, from initial client communication and proposal development to design presentation, production coordination, and on-site execution.
The Events Manager oversees multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that information is accurately communicated between clients, designers, production teams, vendors, and operations staff. This individual is responsible for developing design decks and proposals, managing project timelines, coordinating logistics, and ensuring each event is executed to the highest standards while maintaining the signature Swell Botanics aesthetic.
This position is approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility required during peak event periods and installations.
Pay: $22.00 - $29.47 per hour
