Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aiea, Hawaii, 96707. Responsibilities include order preparation and packing, unloading shipments, sorting inventory, and operating equipment for warehouse operations. The Senior Fulfillment Associate will also collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate stock levels, ensure timely order fulfillment, and provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- Experience with Packing, Unloading, and Sorting products efficiently
- Proficiency in operating a Forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required for warehouse operations
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is considered an asset
