This is an hourly position, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, pays $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience (proven track record). Residents of the Aiea, Honolulu, 96701 area are encouraged to apply. This Keyholder position is at our Retail / Fulfillment Store, required to be on-site, no remote (hybrid) work is available in this role.
The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, able to pull, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and compliantly. Beauty industry experience is a huge plus, and highly preferred, not required.
The Keyholder Fulfillment Manager plays a critical role in the store front and fulfillment operations, providing an exceptional shopping experience to all customers, while handling, storage, and distribution of products and packaging materials, with accuracy, and operational excellence.
The qualified candidate is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task, fulfilling orders and servicing walk in customers, with minimum supervision, and exceptional conflict resolution skills.

Essential Keyholder Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately using POS systems.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining organized merchandise displays.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Support retail sales initiatives through upselling techniques and effective communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment goals and improve operational processes.
- · The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for shipping and receiving professional beauty products with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, efficiently receive incoming shipments, and verify product quantities in a timely manner
· Must own reliable transportation, able to report to work as scheduled
· Inspect incoming products for damages or item count discrepancies, record receiving data, communicate any shortage/discrepancies with relevant departments immediately.
· Stage product to designated storage areas, using appropriate handling equipment.
· Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
· Monitor inventory levels, notify relevant parties of low stock or potential shortages.
· Rotate stock and organize inventory to ensure FIFO (first in, first out) and proper storage conditions, including expiration dates.
· Pick and pull products from inventory according to purchase orders needing fulfillment, i.e., pick lists, work orders, or shipping instructions.
· Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with packaging requirements.
· Label and mark packages with appropriate shipping information and documentation.
· Prepare outgoing shipments for pick-up or delivery, including loading trucks and completing shipping documents.
· Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
· Receive returned goods, inspect for damage or defects, and process returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage.
· Maintain cleanliness, good housekeeping, and organization, including keeping aisles clear and storage areas tidy.
· Safely operate fulfillment equipment, such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
· Must be able to follow company guidelines and procedures set in place in help govern our behavior.
· Must be able to work well with others, collaborate with other departments to support overall factory operations.
· Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of company staff, coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and ensure workflow efficiency.
· Must be able to assist with special projects, tasks, or assignments as needed to meet production goals and deadlines.
