You will support company-wide training efforts by identifying skill gaps, designing and delivering training sessions, creating support manuals, and evaluating program effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for Merchandising across departments, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution of high-impact projects
- Identify process inefficiencies through observation and analysis and recommending data-driven process solutions for workflows and outcomes
- Co-author, update, and maintain standard operating procedures
- Manage execution of promotional extended finance programs across multiple platforms
- Serve as Merchandising's primary liaison to IT
- Must have high attention to detail and be strong in analytical tools
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Looker, BigQuery, and other data platform tools preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
