You will collaborates cross-functionally to ensure the platform’s scalability, stability, and alignment with enterprise goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and test integrations across internal and external systems
- Oversee and manage Workday security configurations and compliance
- Defining and maintaining the technical roadmap for Workday
- Mentor and develop Workday Team members
Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIBS, Core Connectors and Web Services
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide systems and integrations
- Familiarity with semi-annual release planning and testing cycles.
- Workday Pro certification preferred
- Proficiency in Workday security and role-based permissions management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interface, train, and present to all levels of an organization
