In this role, you will serve as an embedded operational analytics partner within the fulfillment operation. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reporting, and KPI visibility across inbound, outbound, inventory, and support functions
- Analyze labor utilization, productivity, throughput, backlog, SLA performance, and operational trends to support leadership decision-making
- Identify operational bottlenecks, exception trends, system gaps, and process inefficiencies
- Partner with Labor Planning & Operations Leadership to support proactive labor allocation and operational balancing
- Support root cause analysis for service failures, delayed orders, inventory discrepancies, and workflow disruptions
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineering on process optimization initiatives, workflow studies, and operational improvement efforts
- Develop and maintain ad hoc analysis, operational scorecards, and executive summaries
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
- Advanced experience in data analysis, specifically related to fulfillment, distribution, or supply chain operations
- Expert knowledge in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau etc.)
- 2-4 years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, or operational analytics environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to turn data into actionable items for business improvements
