We are currently taking applications for full-time positions that will include evening and weekend shifts. This is a position that would require working on-site at our headquarters in Fort Wayne, IN.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for seller recruitment, including researching and identifying sellers who are a good fit for GX across the United States
- Make outbound calls to recruit new sellers and pitch the benefits of selling on Gear Exchange
- Build strong client relationships with high-value GX sellers to improve retention
- Develop a "white glove service" program for larger GX sellers and VIPs
- Attend trade shows and other events to recruit new sellers
- Build and maintain a list of sellers who deserve spotlighting
- Identify opportunities to include sellers in marketing efforts
- Identify issues with listings, including making improvements to titling, imaging, and categorization
- Look for opportunities to procure notable gear that we can market with exclusivity
- Must have 5-10 years of experience in Music Instrument retail/sales, customer experience, or related field
- Extensive expertise in music instruments and pro audio gear
- Strong customer service experience, with the ability to create great experiences for new customers and sellers
- Strong negotiation abilities and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and balance multiple high priority initiatives at the same time.
