The Assistant Category Manager will be responsible for answering product availability questions, pre-sales questions from our Sales Engineers, updating price lists, and perform other duties as requested from the Category Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting their Category Manager in maintaining the inventory and assortment
- Deliver service and support to Sales Engineers via phone and email
- Working with our numerous vendors to resolve a variety of issues for Sales Engineers
- Creating and maintaining inventory records in 4D
- Managing Market Price Reports
- Managing exception reports promptly and accurately
- Staying current with system information, changes, and updates
- Ability to effectively provide support to Sales
- Degree or Certificate in Music Technology or similar or 3 years of industry experience
- Knowledge of headphone, video and camera equipment
- Knowledge of music and audio visual technology.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Paying close attention to detail and a high level of organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
