We are looking for someone who is naturally creative, curious about social media trends, excited to create, and motivated to help grow a business through content and marketing.
This is not a "clock in and post once a day" type of role. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating, storytelling, filming, editing, brainstorming, and bringing energy to the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing all company social media platforms
- Creating and posting engaging content consistently
- Filming plumbers, staff, jobsites, installs, and behind-the-scenes content
- Editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Creating graphics, flyers, promotional materials, sales materials, and branded content in Canva
- Developing creative marketing ideas and campaigns that generate leads and business
- Assisting the sales and plumbing teams with any marketing or promotional materials they need
- Staying up to date on social media trends, sounds, hooks, and platform changes
- Working directly with plumbers and office staff to capture authentic content
- Helping build the public personality and voice of the company
- Responding to comments and messages to improve customer engagement
- Organizing and maintaining content calendars and posting schedules
- Brainstorming new ways to educate homeowners and make plumbing content exciting
- Capturing before-and-after transformations, customer stories, and educational videos
- Helping recruit talent through social media branding and company culture content

- Able to communicate well with both office staff and field teams
- Someone who takes ownership and pride in their work
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience editing videos for social media
- Comfortable using Canva
- Experience posting and managing social media accounts
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content styles
- Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and customer engagement
- Ability to capture content using a phone or camera
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to move quickly and execute ideas efficiently
PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
- Photography or videography experience
- Graphic design experience
- Copywriting and caption writing skills
- Experience running paid ads
- Understanding of branding and storytelling
- Experience in home service industries
- Knowledge of SEO or local marketing
- Drone footage experience
- Experience growing business pages organically
