Job Description: Lot Attendant
Position Overview: The Lot Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the car wash lot. This position involves ensuring that the lot and customer areas are tidy, assisting with customer needs, and supporting the overall operation of the car wash.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lot Maintenance:
- Ensure that the car wash lot is clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
- Regularly empty trash cans, clean up any spills, and remove any litter.
- Maintain cleanliness in all customer areas, including vacuum stations and parking areas.
- Customer Assistance:
- Assist customers with basic needs, such as directing them to the proper area or providing towels and touching up tire shine.
- Offer friendly and courteous service to all customers, answering any questions they may have.
- Ensure that customers have a positive experience at the car wash.
- Addressing any concerns that the customers may have.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Monitor and restock supplies, such as towels, cleaning agents, and other necessary materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Traffic Management:
- Direct vehicles into the correct lanes and ensure a smooth flow of traffic within the lot.
- Assist with customer safety by guiding vehicles in and out of the wash area as needed.
- Support Operations:
- Collaborate with the car wash team to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with other duties as needed, such as prepping vehicles or working the pay stations.
Qualifications:

Compensation:
- Starting at $13.00 per hour plus tips & benefits
