What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transportation/Staffing Coordinator position at Sweetwater Care?
Our small skilled nursing family owned and operated facility is in need of a Transportation/Staffing Coordinator to provide scheduling services for the nursing department and transportation for our residents. The ideal candidate will have history of and capacity to scheduling CNA and Nurses, utilizing Excel, and providing transportation for residents utilizing facility van. History as a CNA is preferred for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Highschool Diploma or equivalency
- Certified Nursing Assistant License
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Staff accordingly to meet daily census
- Communicate staffing needs daily
- Scheduling resident appointments
- Providing transportation to and from resident appointments
- Providing transportation for resident outings
- Picking up new admissions when needed
