Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Home Administrator, located in the Denver, CO area. The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality care for residents, compliance with state and federal regulations, and effective management of staff. Responsibilities will include budget management, staff training, and developing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient environment. The Administrator will also foster a positive relationship with residents, their families, and the broader community.
Qualifications
- Experience in Nursing Home Administration and Long-term Care
- Skills in Budgeting and financial management
- Expertise in Elder Care
- Ability to conduct staff Training and development
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) required
