Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Manager in daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving targets.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain standards.
  • Assist in scheduling staff and managing work shifts.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail or management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in management preferred.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
