Sweetspot is seeking knowledgeable and customer-focused cannabis advisor to join our beautiful new dispensary located in Maplewood, NJ. As a cannabis advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the wide variety of products we offer, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill in store, kiosk and online orders
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Uphold a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous experience in retail or inventory compliance is a plus
• Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
