As a Non-CDL Driver Dispatcher, you will help coordinate the daily movement of vehicles by supporting our non-CDL drivers, monitoring assignments, and keeping dispatch operations organized and on schedule. About The Role
As a Non-CDL Driver Dispatcher, you will help coordinate the daily movement of vehicles by supporting our non-CDL drivers, monitoring assignments, and keeping dispatch operations organized and on schedule. This is a hands-on logistics support role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts throughout the day.
You will serve as a central point of contact for drivers and internal teams, helping ensure vehicle moves are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. This role is ideal for someone with dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations support experience who enjoys a fast-moving workday and takes pride in keeping things on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers and vehicles to support timely pickup and delivery schedules
- Monitor vehicle locations, route progress, and daily movement activity to help ensure on-time completion
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day regarding assignments, updates, delays, and operational needs
- Receive and process service requests, transportation updates, and customer-related communication as needed
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, driver updates, and transportation activity logs
- Track vehicle maintenance needs, repairs, and operational issues and communicate them to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues professionally and communicating clearly with drivers, customers, and coworkers
- Help ensure compliance with company policies, safety expectations, and standard operating procedures
- Support day-to-day dispatch workflow in a fast-paced vehicle transportation environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous dispatching, logistics, transportation, fleet coordination, or operations experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities throughout the day
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, dispatch systems, mobile tools, and basic transportation software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in scheduling or vehicle movement needs
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- $21–$24/hr
- Weekly pay with direct deposit, after initial 2 week delay
